Safe Space Policy

At FITF, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safer, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. We believe that music, art, and shared experiences should bring people together in a space that is free from harm, discrimination, and exclusion.

Our Commitments

We strive to make this festival a safer space by:

Creating an environment where everyone feels welcome regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality, age, ability, religion, or background.

Opposing all forms of harassment, discrimination, and abusive behaviour, including (but not limited to) racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and body shaming.

Providing clear procedures for reporting harmful behaviour, with trained staff available on site to offer support.

Taking all reports of harm seriously, and responding quickly, confidentially, and appropriately.

Enforcing a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind. Anyone found engaging in such behaviour will be removed from the festival immediately.

We’re all responsible for building and protecting this space. Let’s look out for one another, treat everyone with care and respect, and make FITF 2025 a positive, welcoming experience for all.
