The nearest train station is Welshpool, a short 6 minute taxi ride to the site.
Approx 3 hours from London (via Birmingham or Shrewsbury).
2.5 hours from Manchester.
2 hours from Cardiff.
2 hours from Liverpool.
1.5hr direct from Birmingham.

PARKING
Car parking will be available for all guests. We encourage our guests to travel together where possible.
Guests will be able to return to their cars during the festival. However we will prohibit driving offsite.
CAMPING
Bring along your tents for the journey as we will be camping for two nights. Always consider your neighbours in this space. Fires, BBQs and stoves are not permitted and please take home your tents. Caravans and Motorhomes are welcome. Camping is included in the ticket price.

FOOD & DRINK
To help support the festival, we encourage our guests to enjoy the modestly priced food and drink available.
Expect a handpicked mix of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and unique trade stalls to explore all weekend.
We will accept card and cash payments on site. Ticket holders are each permitted to bring in either 8 cans of lager/cider or 1 bottle of wine. No spirits.
Any additional alcohol above the outlined amount will be confiscated on arrival
SAFETY
Take care of yourselves and others around you. There will be on-site medical services clearly positioned and signposted for the duration of the weekend.
Our staff and on-site medical team will be there to assist you at any point, please make yourselves familiar with the location of the medical services and emergency exit points.
Listen to your body. Hydration and food are key to having a good time, so keep yourself well fed and watered. Don't forget to apply sun cream when necessary.
DRUG POLICY
We have a strict no drugs policy. Anyone found with illegal substances will be immediately removed from the festival and may be reported to the police. Your safety and the safety of others is our priority.

Bag searches will be in operation on entry. The following items are not permitted on-site and will be confiscated by Security:

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Funk In The Forest is an 18+ event. We operate a challenge 25 policy and all those lucky enough to appear under the age of 25 will be asked to provide evidence of their age by a valid photographic ID (UK Driving License, PASS 18+ Card or Passport).
There will be strictly no entry to those who are under the age of 18. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds to those refused entry on the day.
